Natural Melt Cheese Sauce

Yield: 2 cups

 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup half & half
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot
  • 2 cups (12 ounces) Natural Melt™ Creamy Fontina, shredded
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

 

Method

  1. Combine half & half and arrowroot in a medium saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer.
  2. Remove saucepan from heat, stir in shredded Natural Melt™ Creamy Fontina. Season to taste.
