Chicken Chile Verde Dip

Yield: 2 1/4 cups

 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (9 ounces) Natural Melt™ Creamy Fontina
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp canned green chile peppers
  • 1 tbsp pimento, diced
  • 1/4 cup roasted chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup scallion, finely chopped
  • 1/8 tsp chili powder

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well incorporated.
  3. Place mixture into an 8” x 8” baking dish. Bake until cheese is fully melted, approximately 6-8 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
