Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Natural Melt™ Creamy Fontina, shredded
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, thinly julienned
- 2 tbsp scallions, chopped
- 1/2 cup cured meats (think prosciutto, sopporessata, capicola), thinly julienned
- Salt, to taste
- Black papper, to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until fully incorporated.
- Place mixture into an 8” x 8” baking dish and bake until cheese is melted, approximately 6-8 minutes.
- Serve with garlic crostini, pita chips or fresh vegetables.
