Responsible water management and conservation

The Seymour team has transformed wastewater management into a powerful example of sustainability and operational excellence.The Seymour plant’s new Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system is proving that environmental stewardship and business performance don’t just coexist – they strengthen one another. The team set out to reduce the plant’s environmental footprint while lowering operational costs and supporting the City of Seymour’s treatment system. The result is a major win on all fronts: 73 to 80% reductions in key contaminants, 2,500 gallons of high‑strength waste removed each week, and a stronger partnership with the local municipality.
