Our new, all-electric 158,000-square-foot Stoughton facility houses a state-of-the-art conversion center that cups, bags, wedges, shreds, and crumbles our cheeses. The facility enables us to control more of our supply chain while improving the industry’s overall conversion capabilities.
We believe producing exceptional cheese should also mean protecting the natural resources that make it possible.
