Roth® Green Goddess Gouda Cheese brings flavor and philanthropy to the deli case
Monroe, Wisconsin – Roth® Cheese, maker of award-winning Wisconsin specialty cheese, is excited to add a new flavored gouda to its collection. Green Goddess Gouda has a creamy texture and pleasing flavor that will add depth to any sandwich, panini or snack. Roth’s traditional Gouda is carefully infused with classic, fresh herbs like tarragon, chives, parsley and garlic for a flavor that is timeless and satisfying.
To celebrate the debut of Green Goddess Gouda, Roth Cheese will donate a portion of retail sales of Green Goddess Gouda to The Goddess Project, a new organization established by Roth Cheese to help empower community leaders to turn their ideas into actions.

Roth Green Goddess Gouda is available now for retailers in 7.5-pound loaves and 6-ounce retail cuts.
