In Switzerland, Emmi Group has been able to count on reliable partnerships with 199 contracted village cheese dairies from around the country. Each region of Switzerland produces different varieties of Swiss-made cheeses. We have facilities across the country that produce, age and package our famous and traditional AOP cheeses like Emmentaler, Gruyère and Appenzeller to our new, Swiss specialties like Kaltbach and Der scharfe Maxx.
