Cheese 101
Each Emmi Roth employee is dedicated to our craft. At Cheese 101, a program offered to new employees, we get hands-on experience of the art and science of crafting award-winning cheese. Participants craft and cure cheese alongside one of our licensed cheesemakers at our creamery in Monroe, Wisconsin.
